They then have lengthy legalistic disclaimers in their terms and conditions. Ra’s Bazaar is different. My name and photo are on the website. I also have a retail outlet in Perth, Western Australia. Ra’s Bazaar has a face, a body and a human being who is identifiable.

TERMS and CONDITIONS:
We regard our customers as part of our family. We will always use our best endeavours to provide you with the products that you order in the quickest and surest means at our disposal. Once payment is received we will send your order post haste. If the product you receive is not in the condition you expect or is faulty you may return it within 30 days. We will send a replacement or refund your monies.
